frequently asked questions
We are a project that gathers the voices of people with disability, families, and carers about their healthcare experiences. We use this evidence to push for changes in the healthcare system.
Your answers will help show government and healthcare providers what is really happening. Together, our voices can make the healthcare system safer, fairer, and more respectful.
People with disability, their families, and carers are welcome to complete the survey.
All survey answers are de-identified (made anonymous) before they are added to reports. Your personal details will never be shared.
Yes. Your answers are anonymous and confidential. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
